We highly recommend going on the 12 nights package as this allows you to get more workouts in as well as more time to do and see what Cape Town has to offer. This is our most popular package. 

If you are looking for a bigger change we advise you staying  4 weeks or longer. 

If you are looking for a drastic lifestyle change and body transformation we recommend you join our Transformation Program for a period of at least 4 weeks. This is to give yourself a fair chance to make changes, create new behaviors and learn the keys how to maintain and improve your fitness even when you leave the camp and are back home in your usual environment. If you can stay with us even longer, please do so if you are looking for a serious change. On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic behavior.

With most passports you get a 90-day Visa on Arrival when you arrive in South Africa. This allows you to stay with us up to 12 weeks without having to care about extending anything. Imagine how much improvements you will be able to make during a 12-week period!

In order to offer you the best possible training experience together with an overall enriching adventure we have scheduled packages with a minimum stay of 7 nights with a set arrival/departure day being Sunday. For the case that you will have to leave prior to the set check-out date, the weekly package price will remain the same.

Our Villa only consist of shared bedrooms. To book a private room as a solo traveller or as a couple it will cost you the same as booking for three people. If you want to do this, contact us via email before making your reservation and we will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed with your booking.

Of course you can, actually a great percentage of our guests have never trained before in their adult life and see their stay with us as a kickstart to a healthier lifestyle. Our trainers are experts in how to make training fun for you on your individual level, whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete. Be aware that we are not going to force you to train. You need to want to train yourself when you get here.

Of course you can. Many of our guest comes here to explore Cape Town and at the same time keep up with their training routines they have in their daily life at home. When it comes to training one can never be fully developed and therefore there will always be skills and techniques to improve.

Yes, you can. We have many people attending Farmhouse Fitness by themselves. Once at the camp you will meet more guests like yourself and it will be easy to make new friends.

Apart from everything else you usually bring on a vacation like sunscreen, flip flops, sunglasses etc. we recommend you bring at least one pair of trainers and at least two sets of comfortable workout clothes.

Also, don’t forget to bring your own beach and/or workout towel, as well as a padlock to keep your valuables safe in the lockable trunk provided underneath your bed. 

Yes, during the opening hours of the gym when there are no scheduled classes you have unlimited free access to all equipment in the Farmhouse Gym.

Your package includes pick up from Cape Town International Airport to Farmhouse Fitness on arrival day (Sunday). This service is shared between all guests arriving the same date and similar times.

On departure days we offer transfer from Farmhouse Fitness to Cape Town International Airport at an extra expense (this is included for guests on the Transform Package).

As we rarely receive cancellations we do not have a waiting list. If a spot becomes available, it will once again show on our web and it will be free to book. Therefore, we can recommend checking our website (www.farmhouse-fitness.com) from time to time. Maybe a change of dates could be something for you…?

We are limited by the Visa restrictions, however in most cases you are able to get a 90-day Visa on arrival (and the possibility to extend this to 180 once you are here). Please note this advice is subject to change and may not be applicable for travelers from all countries, so please do your own research into visas before you travel. 

No matter how long you stay, the main thing all our guests bring home after staying with us are all the memories they created with all the new friends they met meanwhile training and exploring the African surroundings.
