Bootcamp

High Intensity Interval Training based sessions where the workouts will differ everyday. Team workouts, Tabata, stations and much more is what can be expected when attending this class. It is a challenging class but can and always will be scaled to your personal level.

Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu is a modern martial arts discipline with ancient roots and a “must try” for anyone looking to improve self-defence skills. Predominantly ground-based, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy to achieve submission.

Personal Training

Personal Training is a one on one session with a coach. PT’s are there to help you reach your personal goal(s) in the most effective and safe way. Our coaches work with a range of clients from those wishing to improve their basic form to world class athletes.
