Personal Training

High Intensity Interval Training based sessions where the workouts will differ every session. Team workouts, Tabata, stations and many more is what can be expected when attending this class. It is a challenging class but can and always will be scaled to your personal level.

Personal training is a one on one session with one of our coaches to help you reach your personal goal. You will meet and discuss forehand what your expectations might be and how to get you closer to your goal in the most effective and safe way. Our trainers work with a range of clients from those wishing to improve their basic form to world class athletes. 

Beach Training

Yoga

Once a week we take full advantage of our beautiful enviroment and hit one of the gorgeous local beaches for a fun and functional beach training fitness class. These classes will always be full body, high pace workout, and end off with a nice swim in the Indian/Atlantic ocean.

Practice the traditional art of Yoga to relax your mind, body and spirit. Condition your mind & body through performing a series of physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation, Yoga can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, posture and core strength.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ is the world’s most effective fighting art developed to teach a smaller person how to defend him- or herself against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique. If you have never tried practicing Jiu-Jitsu before this is definitely a “must try”.

Classes

Ben Bergeron has created CompTrain to help athletes train and compete in the sport of CrossFit®. The workouts are released daily and will always be different. Designed to increase every factor of a participant’s fitness, strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility and cardio.

Farmhouse Fitness are now hosting bootcamps for the local crowd

Our experience tells us you are more likely to be motivated to train when you are around others who train, plus the workout itself usually feels a lot easier and more fun when performed in a group. We are dedicated to providing genuinely positive life-changing experiences with health and fitness at the forefront of what we do. Whether you are an eager beginner ready to get going or if training already is a part of your current lifestyle, your fitness will be challenged in a fun, safe and controlled environment when joining our bootcamps. The workouts are lead by our head coach and is suitable for all levels of fitness. The bootcamps consists of a program combining gymnastics, weightlifting and cardio.

The hardest part is to rock up – the rest will be easy. After a month of bootcamp you can expect to feel better, fitter and stronger!
