Personal Training is a one on one session with a coach. PT’s are there to help you reach your personal goal(s) in the most effective and safe way. Our coaches work with a range of clients from those wishing to improve their basic form to world class athletes.

Jiu Jitsu is a modern martial arts discipline with ancient roots and a “must try” for anyone looking to improve self-defence skills. Predominantly ground-based, using the principals of leverage, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of the human anatomy to achieve submission.
